About the Project
Postcards from Birmingham is an immersive promenade performance that reinterprets the city’s landscape via queer narratives, particularly from a South Asian perspective. Mapping Birmingham's rich queer history onto key locations, the curated walking trail connects personal stories with cultural landmarks. Participants embark on a sensory journey where identity and place intersect, discovering new perspectives on the city’s heritage, resilience, and pride.
